Reviews and Ratings
I had quite a mixed experience at the resort. While the staff were helpful and the pool was enjoyable, the rooms were very basic and not as described in the photos. The restaurant left a lot to be desired in terms of food quality, and the noisy environment made it hard to relax. Overall, it's not the ideal spot for families or those looking for a tranquil getaway.
We enjoyed our stay at Costa Alta, which served as a perfect base for exploring the beautiful regions of Sorrento and Pompeii. The food was surprisingly good considering it was off-season, and the chalet we stayed in was clean and had basic cooking facilities. However, the walk to the train station was about 12 minutes, which might be a downside for some, and the dining options at the nearby Sopramare Resort fell short of expectations on one occasion.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, I appreciated the gardens and surrounding nature, and the hotel was located conveniently for exploring local attractions. However, the reception staff left much to be desired, and the cleanliness of the facilities was quite disappointing. Overall, it felt more like a hostel experience rather than a relaxing retreat.
My stay at this resort was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic for exploring areas like Sorrento and Capri, and the staff provided some guidance for tours, the dining options and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were very basic and could definitely use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and space.
I stayed at this hotel hoping for a pleasant experience, but it was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were in poor condition and not at all as depicted in the photos. The staff was friendly, and the location was decent for accessing nearby attractions, but the dining experience was a letdown, with limited food options that didn't taste good. While the grounds were charming, the cleanliness and quality of accommodations really need improvement.
