Sopramare Resort, Piano di Sorrento

I had quite a mixed experience at the resort. While the staff were helpful and the pool was enjoyable, the rooms were very basic and not as described in the photos. The restaurant left a lot to be desired in terms of food quality, and the noisy environment made it hard to relax. Overall, it's not the ideal spot for families or those looking for a tranquil getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Costa Alta, which served as a perfect base for exploring the beautiful regions of Sorrento and Pompeii. The food was surprisingly good considering it was off-season, and the chalet we stayed in was clean and had basic cooking facilities. However, the walk to the train station was about 12 minutes, which might be a downside for some, and the dining options at the nearby Sopramare Resort fell short of expectations on one occasion.
